Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Because our product is a digital IPTV subscription service, once your account has been activated and credentials sent, it is considered used and cannot be refunded — except in cases where the service fails to work and our support team cannot resolve the issue.


Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must have reported your issue within 7 days of purchase.

  • You must have followed all our setup instructions and contacted our support team to try to fix the issue.

  • Your IPTV subscription must not have been shared, misused, or used with unauthorized devices or apps.

Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after activation.

  • You provided an invalid MAC address or device ID.

  • Your internet connection is unstable or too slow to use the service.

  • The service works but doesn’t meet your personal expectations (e.g., channel preferences).

  • You failed to contact support before requesting a refund.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only in specific cases, such as:

  • Service interruption caused by our servers for an extended period.

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.


Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to appear.

  3. Then contact your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for IPTV services.
However, if your account credentials do not work, our support team will replace or fix them free of charge.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or promotional subscriptions.

  • Renewals after activation.

  • Accounts suspended due to policy violation or abuse.
